కేఫ్ మేనేజర్

We are looking for talented & experienced Café Manager to join our team at Love & Latte Café. The Ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Café.

Role & Responsibilities :-

• Manage day to day operations of the café.

• Monitor inventory and stock levels and place orders whenever necessary.

• Responsible for inventory management and equipment maintenance.

• Maintain a clean and organized café environment .

• Maintaining highest standard of food quality and presentation.

• Wastage Control measures.

• Achieving monthly targets.

• Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenue & expenses.

• Supervise café staff , assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualification:

· Graduate or even 12 pass with equivalent experience.

· Must have Basic computer knowledge.

· Minimum 2 years of Experience required.

· Excellent communication skills to build positive relationship with customers and staff.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

· Day shift: 9-hour shift

· Salary range: 22k to 25K
