Job Title: Café Manager
Industry: Ice Cream Parlour & Café
Job Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 2–5 Years (Relevant experience preferred)

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Café Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of an Ice Cream Parlour & Café. The candidate will be responsible for smooth outlet operations, team management, customer satisfaction, sales growth, inventory control, and maintaining service and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations of the café and ice cream parlour.
2. Supervise staff, including service team, kitchen staff, and other outlet employees.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
4. Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and sales reports.
5. Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and wastage control.
6. Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
7. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
8. Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift scheduling.
9. Ensure proper display and presentation of ice creams, desserts, beverages, and food items.
10. Work towards achieving sales targets and improving outlet profitability.
11. Maintain discipline and ensure SOPs are followed by all employees.
12. Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements and business performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience in an ice cream parlour or café will be an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, POS billing, and daily sales reporting.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
A proactive, responsible, and customer-focused professional who can independently manage complete outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning of the café while maintaining service quality and business performance.
