Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Cafe Manager to join our team at Naviraasat Group Private Limited to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 30,000 - ₹ 35,000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and assist them in seating.
Ensure accurate/correct food and beverage order are taken
Ensure all dishes are served in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure quality of food is as per standards
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
Respond to guest queries or requests.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Manage all Billing and Expenses of the Cafe
Manage all deliveries of food
Manage all ODC events

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude. Ability to handle elite customers and ensure no customer service issues
