Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, control operating costs, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cafe, restaurant, or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, along with strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff allocation, and service standards.

• Supervise, train, and motivate baristas, service staff, and other team members.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.

• Drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and implement strategies to improve business performance.

• Monitor inventory, manage stock replenishment, and minimize wastage.

• Maintain consistency in coffee, beverages, food preparation, presentation, and service quality.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

• Monitor expenses, handle cash transactions, review sales reports, and support profitability.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of ingredients and materials.

• Prepare daily sales, inventory, staff attendance, and operational performance reports.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and brand standards.

• Practical knowledge of cafe operations, beverages, inventory control, and sales reporting.
