Reports To: Store Manager / Restaurant Manager
The Associate Manager supports daily store operations, supervises staff, ensures customer satisfaction, maintains quality standards, and assists the Store Manager in achieving sales and performance targets. This role acts as the second-in-command and takes charge in the manager’s absence.
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and shift activities
Supervise team members and ensure proper task execution
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Support inventory management and stock control
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and policies
Assist in staff training, motivation, and performance monitoring
Prepare shift reports and operational updates
Help achieve sales targets and control operational costs
Leadership and team-handling ability
Good communication and customer-service skills
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
Basic computer and POS knowledge
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Graduate or equivalent (Hospitality preferred)
1–3 years of experience in QSR / Restaurant / Retail operations
Customer satisfaction score
