Operate the POS system for accurate billing

Accept payments via cash, UPI, and card

Ensure correct order entry (order punching)

Maintain accuracy in billing and transactions 

Assist in preparation of food and beverages as per SOPs

Ensure proper portioning, quality, and presentation standards

Follow standard recipes and cooking procedures

Support timely order execution during service 

Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, kitchen, and dining area

Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)

Ensure personal grooming and hygiene at all times 

Assist in stock handling, storage, and replenishment

Inform supervisor about low stock levels or shortages

Minimize wastage and ensure proper material usage 

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors 

Provide support during peak hours and rush situations

Follow shift schedules, duties, and operational instructions
