Bar Tender

We are looking for a Bar Tender to join our team at The Beer Cafe Koramangala to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹27,000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per company standards

• Take customer orders and provide excellent guest service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area

• Ensure proper stocking of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies

• Handle cash, billing, and POS transactions accurately

• Recommend drinks and upsell menu items to increase sales

• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service

• Check IDs and verify legal drinking age where applicable

• Maintain proper storage of beverages and bar equipment

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

• Follow SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

• Conduct opening and closing bar duties efficiently

• Track inventory usage and report shortages or breakages

• Maintain knowledge of current drink menus, promotions, and specials

• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly

• Ensure glasses, utensils, and bar tools are cleaned and organized

• Assist in periodic stock counts and audits

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 3 - 6+ years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
