Looking for a dynamic candidate for the Bar Manager Position
Curate Drink Menus: Design innovative cocktail programs, craft beer rotations, and wine lists tailored to local tastes.
Recipe Documentation: Maintain standardized drink recipes and pour portions to ensure consistent quality and taste across shifts
Stock & Audit Management: Conduct periodic physical inventory audits, monitor daily usage, and track pour costs.
Supplier Coordination: Negotiate with liquor distributors and local breweries to secure optimal vendor pricing.
Wastage Control: Minimize shrinkage, spillages, and expirations to maintain the budgeted beverage cost percentage
Shift Scheduling: Organize rosters for bartenders, barbacks, and floor staff based on peak business hours and labor budgets.
Training & Compliance: Train staff on premium mixology techniques, upselling strategies, and responsible alcohol service.
Guest Experience: Address customer feedback, resolve service delays, and nurture relationships with regular patrons
Licensing Adherence: Ensure the outlet strictly follows local excise rules, age limits, and operational curfew hours set by Bangalore authorities.
Hygiene Audits: Keep the bar counters, back-of-house, and glassware washing areas compliant with FSSAI sanitation guidelines
