Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.

• Lead and supervise FOH & BOH teams during operations.

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety and service standards.

• Manage staff deployment, attendance and shift allocation.

• Monitor sales, wastage, inventory and operational expenses.

• Handle customer concerns and ensure effective guest recovery.

• Ensure proper opening and closing of the outlet.

• Coordinate with kitchen, service and counter teams for smooth operations.

• Train and guide team members on SOPs and service standards.

• Maintain discipline, cleanliness and overall outlet standards.

Role-Specific:

• Restaurant Manager: Overall outlet performance, people, sales and operations.

• Assistant Restaurant Manager: Support outlet management and supervise daily operations.

• Shift Manager: Manage shift opening/closing, team deployment and service flow.

• Floor Manager: Manage floor operations, guest handling and service control.

Requirements:

• Relevant restaurant/F&B experience.

• Strong team handling and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.

• Strong focus on hygiene, discipline and operational standards.

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
