Junior Videographer (UGC Ads)

📍 Location: Mumbai (Western Mumbai Preferred)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Videographer to join our production team. If you enjoy creating high-quality video content and want to work on fast-paced UGC and performance marketing campaigns, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for executing shoots, capturing high-quality footage, and working closely with the creative and production teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

On Shoot Days

• Execute video shoots based on approved scripts and storyboards.

• Set up and operate camera equipment during shoots.

• Capture high-quality footage with proper framing, composition, and lighting.

• Set up basic lighting and production equipment.

• Guide actors and creators during shoots to achieve the desired output.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth shoot execution.

• Ensure all planned shots are completed within the scheduled timelines.

• Deliver clean and organized raw footage for the post-production team.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in videography or video production.

• Must own a professional camera.

• Basic understanding of UGC content and short-form video production.

• Good knowledge of framing, lighting, camera movement, and composition.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Willingness to travel for outdoor shoots whenever required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an added advantage:

• UGC content production

• Instagram Reels and short-form content

• Agency video production

• D2C product shoots

• Commercial or social media content creation

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Shoot timings may vary depending on production schedules.

• If shoots are scheduled on Sundays, a compensatory off will be provided during the following week.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be based in Mumbai (Western Mumbai preferred).

• Must own a professional camera.

• Must be available for full-time employment.

• Should be disciplined, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable traveling for outdoor shoots when required.
