Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Videographer to join our team. You will be responsible for operating digital camera rigs, managing on-set lighting and audio, framing creative shots, and capturing high-quality cinematic footage across live events, studio sessions, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot cinematic video content for live music performances, concerts, commercial campaigns, corporate events, and social media reels.

• Handle mirrorless/cinema camera setups (framing, exposure, focus pulling, color profiles/Log recording, and high frame-rate capture).

• Set up dynamic 2-point and 3-point studio lighting as well as ambient run-and-gun lighting rigs.

• Capture clean field audio using wireless lapels, shotgun mics, and on-camera directional microphones.

• Direct subjects/talent gently on set to capture natural, engaging moments.

• Safely manage, organize, and offload footage to backup drives immediately post-shoot following strict file-naming protocols.

• Maintain, clean, and test production gear (cameras, lenses, gimbals, batteries, and lighting).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hands-on experience with modern hybrid/cinema cameras (Sony Alpha, Panasonic Lumix, or similar full-frame systems).

• Solid understanding of camera movement, gimbal operation (DJI RS series), and handheld stabilizer techniques.

• Strong grasp of lighting fundamentals (key, rim, fill, bounce) across low-light live stages and controlled studio setups.

• Ability to work comfortably in high-energy, fast-paced live environments (concerts, stage performances, weddings/events).

• Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to non-traditional shoot timings, weekend events, and outstation travel.

Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, rhythmically intuitive Video Editor to shape raw footage into polished, engaging visual stories. You will handle everything from fast-paced, high-retention vertical reels to long-form event coverage, multicam music edits, and commercial videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Ingest, organize, sync (multicam and multi-track audio), and cut footage from multi-camera setups.

• Edit punchy, trend-aware vertical short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with dynamic pacing and strong retention hooks.

• Edit long-form video deliverables, including event highlights, concert teasers, music videos, and commercial brand promos.

• Perform color correction and creative color grading (handling Log footage, matching multiple camera angles, and filmic look creation).

• Design clean on-screen text animations, lower thirds, titles, and basic motion graphics.

• Execute sound design: mixing voice tracks, balancing audio levels, and curating royalty-free music and sound effects (SFX) that fit the narrative flow.

• Export and archive projects properly tailored to platform-specific specifications (codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proficiency in industry-standard NLEs: Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve (familiarity with After Effects is a plus).

• Strong sense of pacing, beat-matching, visual rhythm, and storytelling.

• Solid grasp of color grading workflows (LUTs, curve adjustments, color space transforms).

• Basic knowledge of audio cleanup (noise reduction, EQ, compression).

• Ability to turn around urgent edits (e.g., event teasers/reels) within fast timelines without compromising quality.

• Editing Showreel / Portfolio link is mandatory for application.
