Job Opening – Real Estate Video Creator / Videographer

Position: Real Estate Video Creator / Videographer

Gender Preference: Female

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Shoot engaging real estate property walkthrough videos

•⁠ ⁠Create videos showcasing flats, houses, commercial properties and project sites

•⁠ ⁠Present properties confidently on camera, wherever required

•⁠ ⁠Capture interiors, exteriors, amenities and key property highlights

•⁠ ⁠Create Reels, short-form videos and social media content

•⁠ ⁠Perform basic video editing, transitions, text overlays and music

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for property shoots

•⁠ ⁠Ensure videos are visually appealing and suitable for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms

Candidate Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Female candidate with a confident and presentable personality

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable shooting and appearing in videos

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and presentation skills

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of mobile/camera videography

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of video editing apps such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar

•⁠ ⁠Creative understanding of Reels and current social media trends

•⁠ ⁠Real estate content creation experience will be preferred

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently visit a property, understand its key selling points and turn them into an attractive walkthrough/reel that generates buyer interest.
