Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at Vrinda Media Lab. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The candidate should also possess expertise in motion graphics to enhance the visual appeal of our projects.

Responsibilities:

·         Edit raw video footage to create compelling video content for podcast episodes.

·         Sync audio with video and ensure seamless integration of visual and auditory elements.

·         Enhance video quality through color correction, audio enhancement, and other post-production techniques.

·         Incorporate graphics, text overlays, and other visual elements to support the podcast narrative and branding.

·         Collaborate with the podcast host or team to understand the episode's theme, tone, and intended audience.

·         Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, and formatting across all podcast videos.

·         Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in video editing and production techniques.

·         Manage project timelines and deliver video content within specified deadlines.

·         Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.

·         Provide creative input and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and impact of podcast videos.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the podcasting or digital media industry.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Must be proficient in English.
