About the Role

Uplift Live Foundation is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content, editing engaging videos, and visiting project locations to capture photos and videos of our field activities, awareness campaigns, training sessions, and community programs.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, standees, certificates, and other branding materials.

• Create creatives for awareness campaigns, government schemes, and organizational events.

• Ensure all designs follow the organization's branding guidelines.

• Develop visual content for presentations, reports, and the official website.

Video Editing

• Edit reels, promotional videos, documentaries, testimonials, and event highlights.

• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, music, and branding elements.

• Optimize videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

Field Documentation

• Visit project sites, camps, training sessions, and community events to capture high-quality photos and videos.

• Record beneficiary stories, interviews, and project impact for documentation and promotional use.

• Coordinate with field staff to ensure proper coverage of activities.

• Organize and maintain a structured library of photos, videos, and digital assets.

Content Support

• Assist the communications team in planning visual content.

• Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media.

• Deliver creative assets within project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent design and editing software.

• Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends.

• Knowledge of photography and videography.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).

• Experience working with NGOs, development sector organizations, or social impact projects is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to field locations for recording and documentation.

• Comfortable working during community events and outdoor activities.

• Must be able to handle camera equipment and basic audio recording devices.

• Ability to travel within Delhi NCR and nearby project locations as required.
