About the Role

Lead Height is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good sense of storytelling, and experience creating engaging content for social media, advertising campaigns, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Create engaging reels, shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and corporate videos.

• Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, effects, and sound design to enhance video quality.

• Collaborate with the Social Media, Content, and Marketing teams to understand project requirements.

• Ensure videos are delivered within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

• Organize and manage video files, footage, and project assets efficiently.

• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media content formats.

• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic visual effects when required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora, or similar editing software.

• Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and social media platform requirements.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is an added advantage.

• Good sense of timing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Production, or any related field.
