Job Summary

We are looking for a PCR/MCR Operator for Sonar Bangla TV Channel who can manage live broadcast operations, studio switching, video mixing, and basic editing work. The candidate should be technically sound, reliable during live programs, and familiar with professional broadcast workflows and camera handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle PCR/MCR operations during live and recorded programs

• Manage live switching and video mixing during shows

• Monitor broadcast feed and ensure smooth telecast

• Operate and coordinate studio equipment during production

• Handle basic video editing and media management

• Work with professional video cameras and studio setup

• Coordinate with anchors, production team, and technical staff

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live broadcasts

• Ensure proper audio-video sync and transmission quality

Requirements

• Experience in PCR/MCR or broadcast operations preferred

• Knowledge of live switching/video mixers

• Basic video editing knowledge

• Familiarity with professional cameras and studio equipment

• Understanding of broadcast workflow and telecast systems

• Ability to work under pressure during live shows

• Responsible and punctual

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OBS, vMix, Premiere Pro, or similar software

• Experience in TV channels, live events, or studio production

• Understanding of audio routing and live streaming setup

Schedule

• Day shift / Rotational shift

• Weekend availability during live programs if required

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Behala, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Shift availability:

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

• Night Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

• It is a Full Time వీడియో ఎడిటర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
