Video Editor

We’re looking for a versatile Video Content Creator who can handle end-to-end video production, from shooting to editing.

This role involves creating short-form and long-form video content across multiple digital platforms. You’ll work on diverse projects including personal brands, business content, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content

• Create both short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube, podcasts, etc.)

• Handle camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio

• Edit videos with engaging storytelling, transitions, subtitles, and pacing

• Adapt content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and execution

• Ensure timely delivery of content as per schedules

• Stay updated with video trends, formats, and audience behavior

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in video shooting and editing

• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects (basic)

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content flow

• Hands-on experience with camera handling, lighting, and audio setup

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form content (mandatory)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working with brands, agencies, or content creators

• Basic knowledge of content strategy and platform-specific formats

• Motion graphics / animation skills

• Understanding of hooks, retention, and audience psychology
