Job Description

We are looking for a creative Video Editor with design skills who can produce high-quality visual content for real estate marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for property listings, reels, and promotional campaigns

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Design thumbnails, banners, and marketing creatives

• Add effects, transitions, text overlays, and music to enhance videos

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts

• Ensure timely delivery of projects

Required Skills

• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

• Basic to advanced knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

• Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills

• Understanding of social media trends and content formats

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate content creation (preferred but not mandatory)

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animations is a plus
