Video Editor

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Video Editor who has previously worked with YouTube channels and understands the editing style required to keep viewers engaged.

The candidate must have strong video editing and motion graphics skills and should be able to create high-quality, engaging videos suitable for YouTube.

This role requires someone who understands YouTube storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention techniques.

⚠️ Freshers are not eligible for this role. Only candidates with prior YouTube channel experience should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos with engaging pacing and storytelling

• Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects

• Incorporate background music, sound effects, subtitles, and on-screen text

• Improve viewer retention through dynamic editing techniques

• Work closely with the content team to understand the script and creative vision

• Ensure videos meet YouTube quality and format standards

• Revise edits based on feedback when required

• Deliver projects within deadlines

Requirements

• Prior experience editing videos for YouTube channels (mandatory)

• Strong skills in video editing and motion graphics

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

• Understanding of YouTube audience engagement and retention editing styles

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects

• Attention to detail and creative mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience editing business, documentary, or case study style videos

• Knowledge of YouTube trends and visual storytelling

• Ability to add professional motion graphics and animated elements
