Key Responsibilities
Edit property walkthroughs, promotional videos, client testimonials, Reels, Shorts, and social media content.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute video concepts.
Ensure all videos align with the company's branding, tone, and quality standards.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Enhance videos using transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, color correction, sound design, and background music.
Organize and manage video assets for efficient workflow.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and social media formats.
Review and revise videos based on feedback from stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and composition.
Experience editing content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
