THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, passionate and highly skilled Video Editor & Digital Content Creator who does not just "edit videos" but understands how to turn an idea, raw footage or story into powerful marketing content.

The candidate should be comfortable handling the complete video content cycle:

Idea → Script → Shoot → Edit → AI Enhancement → Graphics → Music/Voice → Final Video → Social Media Publishing

The person should understand what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and take action.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🎥 Video Shooting & Production

• Plan and shoot professional videos at our office, training centres, events and other project locations.

• Shoot interviews, testimonials, student success stories, corporate videos, promotional videos, educational videos, events and social media content.

• Have a good understanding of camera angles, framing, lighting, sound and storytelling.

• Convert ordinary activities/events into visually engaging content.

🎬 Professional Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into high-quality, professional and marketing-ready videos.

• Create:

  • Instagram/Facebook Reels

  • YouTube Shorts

  • YouTube long-form videos

  • Corporate films

  • Promotional videos

  • Digital advertisements

  • Success-story videos

  • Testimonials

  • Training/educational videos

  • Event highlights

  • Product/service videos

• Add professional transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, captions, music, sound effects, colour correction and animations.

• Convert long videos into multiple short-form pieces of content.

🤖 AI-POWERED VIDEO CREATION

Candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to create faster, smarter and visually stunning content, including:

• AI video generation

• AI avatars/presenters

• AI voiceovers

• Text-to-video

• Image-to-video

• Background generation/replacement

• AI-assisted script writing

• Automatic captions/subtitles

• AI image generation

• Video enhancement

• AI-based content repurposing

Knowledge of modern AI creative tools will be a major advantage.

📱 Social Media Content Creation

• Create content specifically designed for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.

• Understand the difference between content for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn and advertisements.

• Create engaging hooks, captions, thumbnails and calls-to-action.

• Follow current social media trends and convert relevant trends into content for our businesses.

• Help develop a consistent content calendar.

📈 Digital Marketing Understanding

The candidate should have a working understanding of:

• Social Media Marketing

• YouTube Marketing

• Content Marketing

• Branding

• Organic reach & engagement

• Audience behaviour

• Basic SEO/YouTube SEO

• Hashtags, titles, descriptions and keywords

• Performance-oriented creative content

• Meta/Google/YouTube advertising creatives

The objective is not merely to make beautiful videos — the videos should support branding, lead generation, engagement and business growth.

SOFTWARE & SKILLS PREFERRED

Candidates with experience in some or all of the following will be preferred:

Video Editing
Adobe Premiere Pro | DaVinci Resolve | Final Cut Pro | CapCut | Filmora

Graphics & Motion
Adobe After Effects | Photoshop | Illustrator | Canva

AI Tools
Modern AI video, image, voice, scripting and content-generation platforms.

Candidates who actively experiment with new AI tools and emerging video technologies will be strongly preferred.

Formal qualifications are less important to us than creativity, passion, practical skills and a proven portfolio.
