Job Title: Content Creator & Video Editor

Narayan Enterprises is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand dedicated to delivering high-quality products globally. We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator & Video Editor who understands the pulse of digital platform. This role is designed for a creative professional who can bridge the gap between raw product footage and high-converting video assets.

Role Overview

As our primary Video Editor, you will be responsible for the entire visual content lifecycle. You won't just be editing; you will be capturing the essence of our products through professional recording and transforming that footage into engaging content that drives sales and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Cinematography: Set up and record high-quality product showcases, "unboxing" sequences, and lifestyle demonstrations.

• Post-Production Excellence: Edit raw footage into polished advertisements, social media snippets (Reels/Shorts), and website banners.

• Platform Adaptation: Optimize video exports for various e-commerce touchpoints, ensuring the right aspect ratios and file sizes for web and mobile.

• Multitasking & Workflow Management: Simultaneously manage multiple campaigns, from seasonal sales to new product launches.

• Trend Integration: Actively research and apply viral editing styles and transitions to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Technical Requirements

We require a versatile editor who can move seamlessly between high-end desktop software and agile mobile applications:

• Primary Suite: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Secondary Tools: Strong command of Filmora for efficient workflows.

• Mobile & Social Editing: Expertise in CapCut and VN for trending social media content.

• Gear Knowledge: Experience operating DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, or high-end smartphone setups, including basic lighting and audio sync.

Qualifications & Profile

• Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly grasp the brand’s aesthetic and master new editing plugins or AI tools.

• E-commerce Mindset: An understanding of what makes a viewer "stop the scroll"—focused on clarity, pacing, and call-to-action.

• Reliability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a 6-day work week.

• Potential: We are looking for someone with the raw talent and ambition to grow into a senior creative role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on portfolio and technical proficiency).

• Schedule: Full-time, 6 days per week.
