We are hiring a Reels & Shorts Video Editor who can create engaging, high-retention short-form content for Instagram and YouTube. This role requires someone who understands social media content, trends, and audience behavior, not just basic editing.

Key Responsibilities

Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with strong hooks and fast-paced storytelling
Create multiple content pieces from raw shoot footage
Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and basic motion graphics
Follow and apply current trends and viral formats
Ensure consistent content quality and brand style
Deliver edits within deadlines
