Our platform offers and promotes spiritual and religious services, Pandit partnerships, puja-related

services, yantras, spiritual products, devotional content, and other digital religious experiences.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can help build a strong and

consistent visual identity for the Poozari brand across digital platforms.

About the Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-converting

creatives for social media, website, mobile app, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements,

YouTube, products, and other branding requirements.

The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of understanding both modern

digital design and Indian spiritual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Creatives

 Design engaging posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and promotional creatives.

 Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

 Design festival-based posts and campaigns.

 Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand language across all social media channels.

2. Poozari App & Digital Marketing Creatives

 Create promotional creatives to increase Poozari App awareness and downloads.

 Design banners for app campaigns and website promotions.

 Create creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.

 Design landing page banners and promotional visuals.

 Create visually appealing creatives for offers, services, and campaigns.

3. Spiritual & Religious Content Design

 Create attractive visuals related to:

o Pujas

o Pandits and Purohits

o Yantras

o Mantras

o Hindu festivals

o Temples

o Spiritual products

o Religious occasions

 Design creatives that are respectful, culturally appropriate, and visually premium.

 Combine traditional spiritual elements with modern design aesthetics.

4. Product & E-Commerce Creatives

 Create product images and promotional banners for spiritual products.

 Design creatives for Yantras, silver spiritual products, puja products, and religious gifts.

 Create images for website, marketplaces, social media, and advertisements.

 Prepare product feature creatives and promotional campaigns.

5. YouTube & Video Content Support

 Design high-quality YouTube thumbnails.

 Create thumbnail variations for better click-through rates.

 Design banners, covers, and promotional creatives for YouTube videos and Shorts.

 Work with the video editing and content teams to maintain a consistent visual style.

6. Branding & Marketing Materials

 Create brochures, presentations, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.

 Design recruitment creatives and business presentations.

 Create creatives for Pandit onboarding and partnership campaigns.

 Support branding requirements for online and offline marketing activities.

7. Website & UI Visual Support

 Create website banners and promotional sections.

 Design icons, illustrations, and other visual assets.

 Coordinate with the website and development teams.

 Ensure that all creatives are optimized for desktop and mobile platforms.

8. AI & Modern Design Tools

 Use modern design and AI tools to improve creative productivity.

 Create AI-generated visual concepts when required.

 Use AI responsibly while maintaining originality and brand consistency.

 Stay updated with current design trends and digital marketing creative formats.

Required Skills

 Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

 Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

 Knowledge of Canva and other modern design tools.

 Basic knowledge of Figma will be an advantage.

 Understanding of social media and digital advertising creative formats.

 Strong understanding of typography, layout, color balance, and visual hierarchy.

 Ability to create both creative and conversion-focused designs.

 Good understanding of branding and brand consistency.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following skills will be preferred:

 Experience in Digital Marketing Creatives.

 Experience in Social Media Design.

 Experience in E-commerce Product Design.

 Knowledge of basic Video Editing or Motion Graphics.

 Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an advantage.

 Experience using AI image-generation and creative tools.

 Experience designing for mobile apps and websites.

 Interest or experience in spirituality, Indian culture, or religious content.

Daily Responsibilities

The selected candidate may be responsible for:

 Designing daily social media creatives.

 Creating promotional banners for Poozari.

 Designing app download campaigns.

 Creating festival and occasion-based creatives.

 Designing product visuals and advertisements.

 Creating YouTube thumbnails.

 Designing recruitment and partnership creatives.

 Supporting SEO and Content teams with blog images and infographics.

 Working with the marketing team on campaign concepts.

 Maintaining and organizing Poozari's creative asset library.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

 Quality and creativity of designs.

 Timely completion of assigned projects.

 Consistency with Poozari brand guidelines.

 Engagement generated by social media creatives.

 Performance of advertising creatives.

 Improvement in click-through rates for thumbnails and campaigns.

 Ability to create effective designs for app downloads, leads, bookings, and sales.
