Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Cut, splice, and arrange raw video footage into polished final videos.

• Motion Graphics: Design animated text, transitions, and visual effects to enhance videos.

• Graphic Design: Build static marketing assets, social media posts, banners, and print materials.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and video outputs match brand guidelines.

• Audio Editing: Sync dialogue, add background tracks, and mix basic sound effects.

• Collaboration: Work with copywriters and marketing teams to brainstorm campaign concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.

• Portfolio: A strong reel or portfolio showing both graphic design and video editing work.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video codecs, export formats, and aspect ratios for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
