🔎 About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Canva Graphic Designer who can design image posts, ad creatives, marketing visuals, and short-form video content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality social media posts, banners, reels, and ad creatives using Canva
Design Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads image/video creatives
Understand marketing angles, hooks, and target audience requirements
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Communicate and collaborate with marketing & content teams
Work on multiple projects with quick turnaround time
Stay updated with design and social media trends

📌 Qualifications & Skills
1-2 year of experience
Strong hands-on experience with Canva
Basic understanding of reels, shorts, and ad copy design
Creative thinking and storytelling ability
Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly
Bonus (not mandatory):
Knowledge of basic video editing
Understanding of paid ads creatives & hooks
