Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, on-site Content Creator (0–2 years experience) who excels at video production and editing. In this role, video editing is a core, non-negotiable skill—you will turn raw footage and complex business topics into slick, engaging reels, shorts, and brand videos. Working directly with our in-office team, you will handle everything from scripting and shooting to post-production and publishing.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Video Editing (Core Responsibility): Cut, edit, polish, and optimize short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) and long-form video assets using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• On-Site Shoot & Production: Set up lighting, audio, and camera/mobile gear to film in-office videos, founder interviews, franchise breakdowns, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Graphics & Motion Details: Add dynamic captions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and eye-catching thumbnails to maximize viewer retention and engagement.

• Social Media Copy & Publishing: Draft engaging captions, hooks, and hashtags for video posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Trend Research & Ideation: Track social media video trends, popular audio tracks, and successful storytelling formats in the B2B, startup, and finance space.

• In-Office Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams on a daily basis to align video campaigns with active business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0–2 years in digital content creation, video editing, or social media management (Freshers with strong editing portfolios/projects are highly encouraged to apply).

• Mandatory Skill — Video Editing: Proven expertise in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) with a portfolio showcasing past edits.

• Work Arrangement: Availability to work on-site 6 days a week (Monday–Friday full days; Saturday half-day).

• Visual & Storytelling Sense: Keen eye for pacing, hooks, visual transitions, audio syncing, and aesthetic thumbnail design (familiarity with Canva or Photoshop is a plus).

• Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills.

• Mindset: Eager to learn, self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working in a fast-paced in-office environment.

Schedule & Work Location

• Location: On-site at FranchHawk HQ

• Schedule: 6 days a week
