Job Description – Video Editor
Company - Fame Hunger.
Position: Video Editor
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Office hours - 10 - 07 pm ( 6 days working )
Salary - 16-20k / Month
Location: Uttam Nagar
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, visual storytelling, and social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
* Create engaging Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and other digital content.
* Add transitions, effects, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance videos.
* Ensure videos are aligned with the brand’s style, quality standards, and content guidelines.
* Work closely with the content, marketing, and creative teams to understand editing requirements.
* Select and organize raw footage and create polished final videos.
* Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.
* Stay updated with current video-editing trends, social media formats, and visual styles.
Required Skills
* 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in video editing.
* Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
* Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.
* Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media video formats.
* Strong attention to detail and creativity.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
* Good time-management and communication skills.
Qualification
* Graduate/Undergraduate in any relevant field.
* Certification or formal education in Video Editing, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field will be an advantage.
