Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our corporate events team. The Video Editor will be responsible for transforming event footage into engaging and professional videos that showcase conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, exhibitions, seminars, town halls, and corporate gatherings. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise in post-production, and experience delivering high-quality content within tight event timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce event highlight reels, promotional videos, speaker presentations, testimonials, and recap videos.
Assemble raw footage from multiple cameras into polished final productions.
Synchronize video with audio recordings, presentations, and event graphics.
Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement.
Create motion graphics, lower thirds, title sequences, and branded visual elements.
Incorporate company branding and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
Produce content optimized for social media, websites, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with event managers, videographers, marketing teams, and clients to understand project objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.
Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
