Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating visually strong, dynamic, and high-energy content. The ideal candidate should be skilled in DaVinci Resolve and understand how to turn raw footage into polished, engaging edits that feel modern, sharp, and platform-relevant. They should have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, music, visuals, and current editing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, branded content, events, and promotional content

• Create dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy edits that grab attention and retain viewers

• Use strong creative judgment to enhance footage through pacing, music, sound, transitions, and visual treatment

• Perform creative upscaling and enhancement of footage where needed

• Apply modern editing techniques such as speed ramping, smooth cuts, rhythmic transitions, punchy storytelling, and trend-based edit styles

• Ensure every video is polished with strong attention to detail, timing, visual flow, and overall impact

• Add sound design, music, subtitles, and basic motion elements where required

• Maintain project organization and manage footage, timelines, and exports efficiently

• Deliver edits in multiple aspect ratios and formats depending on platform requirements

• Collaborate with the creative and production team to bring concepts to life

• Make revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a Video Editor

• DaVinci Resolve is a must

• Strong creative sense and ability to make content feel premium, engaging, and current

• Good understanding of high-energy editing styles, especially for digital and social content

• Strong knowledge of speed ramping, smooth cuts, timing, transitions, and edit flow

• Excellent eye for detail in visuals, sound, rhythm, and finishing

• Ability to enhance footage and make content look more polished and impactful

• Understanding of current content trends and what performs well on social platforms

• Ability to work fast, stay organized, and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Basic color correction and grading knowledge

• Understanding of sound design and music-led editing

• Knowledge of framing, cinematography, and what makes footage edit well

• Experience with reels, ads, event content, and promotional edits
