Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and script creative content (reels, posts, stories) for different gym branches and brand campaigns.

• Visit different Pro Ultimate Gyms in the afternoon hours for shooting video content (member interviews, gym activities, transformation stories, etc.).

• Edit video content for reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.

• Monitor and manage assigned social media pages, increase engagement via comments, DMs, stories, polls, etc.

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager for shoot planning, calendar execution, and content strategy.

• Maintain a shoot log and editing status report; meet content posting deadlines.

• Stay updated with current fitness/social trends and apply them to relevant content.

• Ensure timely uploading of stories, reels, and posts according to the brand calendar.
  Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or videography.

  • Strong communication and scripting skills for fitness/lifestyle video content.

  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience in content shooting using DSLR, gimbals, or smartphone.

  • Understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels algorithms and trends.

  • Time management skills to handle shooting and editing across multiple locations.
