Position Overview

We are looking for skilled and creative Photographers and Videographers to join our production team. The ideal candidates should have a strong visual sense, experience in shooting people and events, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. You will be shooting pre-weddings, weddings, events, reels, music videos, and commercial content as required.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

• Capture high-quality images for pre-wedding, wedding, and event shoots.

• Plan compositions, lighting, and creative concepts for each setup.

• Operate professional cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.

• Guide couples/clients on poses and expressions.

• Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand-level output.

• Manage data backup and file handling.

Videography

• Shoot cinematic videos, events, and short-form content (reels, promos).

• Operate gimbals, drones, and stabilizers confidently.

• Capture b-roll, creative movements, and storytelling shots.

• Record clean audio when required.

• Coordinate with the director/photographer to maintain visual consistency.

Common Responsibilities

• Arrive on time at shooting locations.

• Follow shoot schedules and instructions from the production manager.

• Maintain equipment and handle it with care.

• Deliver raw files promptly after each shoot.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during client interactions.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in photography/videography (freshers with strong portfolios are also considered).

• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and camera settings.

• Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon/Nikon).

• Knowledge of gimbal operation (for videographers).

• Basic editing knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Must be willing to travel for shoots.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Timings: 12 PM – 7 PM (shoot timings may vary)

• Location: Gurugram / On-site shoots as assigned
