CandidShutters Media is seeking an experienced and articulate Motion Graphics Video Editor This role is designed for a creative professional who can bridge the gap between high-end motion design and effective brand communication. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual narratives that not only look stunning but also speak clearly to our diverse client base.

Job Location: Gurgaon (In-Person)

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics & Visual Strategy:

• Concept Architecture: Developing video frameworks, storyboards, and scripts that align perfectly with brand identities and high-level marketing objectives.

• Digital Production: Designing and producing high-fidelity motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, corporate presentations, and premium promotional material.

• Collaborative Leadership: Partnering with the creative team to translate complex project requirements into compelling, motion-driven content.

• Cinematic Editing: Mastering the post-production flow-integrating animations, VFX, transitions, and audio elements to deliver a polished final product.

Strategic Marketing & Communication:

• Industry Foresight: Staying updated on global marketing trends to ensure our visual solutions remain innovative and competitive.

• Narrative Excellence: Translating abstract marketing goals into effective, visually-led design solutions that communicate with impact.

Social Media Creative Assets:

• Engagement-Driven Design: Crafting high-quality visuals for social platforms that maintain brand consistency while maximizing audience reach.

• Team Integration: Working closely with social media strategists to deliver tailored content for diverse client portfolios.

Advanced Adobe Ecosystem Mastery:

• Technical Command: Expert use of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to build dynamic, high-quality visual assets.

• Workflow Innovation: Constant exploration of the latest features and AI-assisted tools within the Adobe Creative Suite to optimize production.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Media, or a related field.

• Communication Mastery: Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement. You must be able to draft clear scripts, articulate creative ideas to clients, and collaborate effectively within the team.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven Tenure: A minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics with a strong portfolio, preferably featuring corporate or agency-side work.

• Software Stack: Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

• Strategic Thinking: A solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to apply them to visual storytelling.

• Detail Orientation: Exceptional focus on design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Collaboration: Ability to work with high autonomy while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.

• Technical Edge: Experience with 3D modeling, advanced animation, or AI video tools is a significant plus.
