Job Title: Training Executive – QSR
Responsibilities:
Conduct induction and on-the-job training for outlet staff.
Train employees on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Coordinate with outlet managers to identify training needs.
Travel to outlets for training and audits.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in the QSR, restaurant, or food industry.
Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
