Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Trainer-Sales to train, coach and develop sales professionals and advisors for our Agency Vertical. The candidate will be responsible for improving sales capabilities, product knowledge, communication skills and overall team performance through structured training programs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in agency training, financial programs, objection handling, team coaching and performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities :
• Design and Ensure Take Away high-impact induction programs for newly and existing onboarded consultants/agents.
Train consultants on product USPs, financial planning concepts and market positioning.
Develop and implement a structured Success Roadmap for consultants/agents.
Conduct daily high-energy classroom and on-floor training sessions.
Lead virtual training programs through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
Prepare engaging PPTs, training modules and learning content.
Analyze consultant/agent performance data to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
Conduct refresher and performance improvement training programs.
Support sales teams in improving conversion, objection handling and business development skills.
Ensure all training activities align with company policies, standards and business objectives.
Maintain training reports, attendance records and performance tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1-6 years+ of experience in Sales Training, Product Training and Agency Training.
Strong understanding of BFSI, financial products and agency sales models.
Excellent presentation, communication and public speaking skills.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and training content creation.
Strong team engagement and performance management abilities.
Good coaching, mentoring and motivational skills.
Ability to handle both classroom and virtual training sessions effectively.
