### Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering•

• Freshers or candidates with experience in training ITI/Diploma candidates will be preferred

### Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for ITI and Diploma• apprentices placed at our industry partner locations

Manage and distribute training completion certificates• to each trainee after completion of their training period

Coordinate with the Head Office (HO) team• for planning and conducting assessments of all trainees

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of training outcomes
