We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Trainer / Process Trainer to join our team at the Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in training customer support executives in a BPO environment.
Deliver New Hire Training (NHT) and Refresher Training for voice and/or non-voice processes
Conduct product, process, system, and soft skills training
Ensure trainees meet certification and performance benchmarks
Maintain training reports, attendance, and batch progress trackers
Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams for training needs
Conduct mock calls, role plays, and assessments
Support trainees during floor nesting / OJT
Drive improvement in CSAT, Quality, and Compliance metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
Good knowledge of call center metrics and SOPs
Comfortable handling classroom and virtual training
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS tools
Ability to manage batches independently
Graduate (Any stream)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer in BPO / Call Center
Experience in Voice process preferred
Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
