### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product & Training Manager to manage product training, promoter development, merchandising, and retail execution. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the consumer durables / home appliances industry, with the ability to manage promoters and trainers across locations.

### Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate product training programs• for sales promoters, trainers, and retail teams.

Develop and conduct training sessions on product features, USPs, demonstrations, sales techniques, and competitor products•.

Manage and monitor the performance of promoters and trainers• across assigned locations.

• Plan regular product and sales training programs for new and existing promoters.

• Coordinate with the Sales team to identify training requirements and performance gaps.

• Ensure promoters have adequate product knowledge and are able to effectively demonstrate products to customers.

Manage merchandising activities• and ensure proper product display, branding, POSM and visibility at retail outlets.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor promoter performance, product displays and competitor activities.

• Prepare training calendars, reports, attendance records and performance reports.

• Track training effectiveness and provide feedback to the management.

• Coordinate with regional sales teams and retail partners for training and merchandising requirements.

• Travel extensively to different markets and retail locations as required.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, displays and market trends.

Support new product launches through product training, promoter briefing and retail execution•.

### Candidate Profile

4–5 years of relevant experience in Consumer Durables / Home Appliances / FMCG / Retail•.

Prior experience in product training, sales training, promoter management and merchandising• is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of retail sales and channel operations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Good team-management and coordination skills.

Should be comfortable with extensive travel•.

• Should be capable of independently managing promoters/trainers across multiple locations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

• Male candidate preferred due to extensive travel requirements.
