We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Trainer to deliver impactful training programs for both on-roll and off-roll employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of credit card sales, and the ability to drive business efficiency through effective learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging sessions in English, Hindi, and Marathi, both virtually and in-person.
Credit Card Expertise: Provide comprehensive training on credit card products, processes, and sales strategies.
Technical Skills: Use MS Excel and PowerPoint to design, present, and analyze training content.
Virtual Training: Deliver online training programs using digital platforms.
City Travel: Travel within the city to conduct training sessions across multiple locations.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and sales managers to align training with organizational goals.
Attrition Control: Implement training strategies to improve employee retention and engagement.
Business Efficiency: Drive productivity and efficiency through skill-building and performance-focused training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Proven experience in credit card sales or financial product training.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior experience in virtual training delivery.
Ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
