The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹17,000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs

• Create and update training material

• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback

• Maintain training records and reports

• Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness

Job Requirements:
