Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate implementation of Johnson Publication curriculum in partner schools.

Conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDP) for teachers and train educators on Johnson methodology and innovative teaching strategies.

Perform Classroom Observations (CRO) to assess teaching quality and provide constructive feedback and actionable insights to teachers.

Monitor and evaluate curriculum delivery standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators.

Ensure contract renewals for the next Academic Year.

Act as primary liaison between Johnson Publication and schools.

Maintain regular communication with teachers and coordinators.

Provide timely resolutions to queries and concerns & offer technical guidance throughout the academic year.

Maintain comprehensive records of all activities and interventions.

Prepare detailed reports on progress and outcomes.

Track and document annual work portfolio.

Must be willing to travel extensively across assigned regions.
