Role Overview

The Trainer is responsible for preparing newly recruited house-help experts (maids) to meet Tenzo’s standards of quality, hygiene, service, and behaviour before deployment to customer assignments. The role ensures workforce readiness through structured training, practical demonstrations, and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training programs for newly recruited maids.

• Train workers on cleaning techniques, utensil washing, mopping, kitchen prep, and hygiene standards.

• Ensure workers understand Tenzo service protocols and customer etiquette.

• Provide safety training and professional conduct guidelines.

• Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments before deployment.

• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance evaluation reports.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure trained workforce availability.

• Conduct refresher training sessions for existing workers.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Prior experience in training workforce / hospitality / housekeeping professionals.

• Strong communication and demonstration skills.

• Ability to manage groups and conduct practical training.

• Patience, empathy, and ability to mentor diverse workforce.

• Record-keeping and reporting skills.
