Conduct regular training sessions for Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
Provide training on TATA passenger vehicle products, features, technology, variants, and USPs.
Train the sales team on the complete sales process, from lead generation to booking and delivery.
Develop skills in customer handling, need identification, product presentation, test-drive management, negotiation, and objection handling.
Conduct role plays, mock calls, product demonstrations.
Monitor individual sales performance and identify training gaps.
Provide one-to-one coaching to underperforming sales executives.
Train the team on CRM usage, lead management, follow-up and conversion techniques.
Conduct regular assessments and prepare training/performance reports.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Team Leaders to improve sales productivity and customer experience.
Keep the sales team updated on new product launches, schemes, offers, and market developments.
