Job Description: 3D Trainer

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

A 3D Trainer will train and mentor students in 3D design and industry-relevant workflows. The role includes theory and practical lectures, attendance management, interview preparation, and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Classroom Sessions

• Conduct theory and practical sessions using relevant 3D software and tools.

• Demonstrate professional workflows and guide students through projects.

• Provide feedback and individual guidance to improve student skills.
  

2. Student Management

• Mark daily student attendance and maintain training records.

• Monitor student performance and progress.

• Conduct assessments, assignments, and project evaluations.
  

3. Industry & Interview Preparation

• Prepare students for interviews, portfolio presentations, and technical rounds.

• Train students as per current industry requirements and professional workflows.

• Guide students in creating industry-ready projects and portfolios.
  

4. Events & Student Activities

• Organize workshops, seminars, competitions, and industry-related events for students.

• Coordinate with industry professionals for guest sessions and student exposure.
  

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of 3D software and relevant industry tools.

• Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.

• Good understanding of current 3D industry trends.

• Ability to prepare and guide students for professional careers.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Degree/Certification in 3D Design, Animation, VFX, Architecture, or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience as a 3D Artist/Trainer/Faculty preferred.

• It is a Full Time శిక్షకుడు job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
