Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Amritsar, Punjab

Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Job Description:   We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee daily operations and guide our team in Amritsar. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of proven leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive performance and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage team members to ensure productivity and efficiency

• Set clear objectives and monitor performance against targets

• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

• Prepare reports and share updates with senior management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
