Job Title: Teacher Trainer – Early Childhood Education (Full-Time)
Work Mode: On-site & In-field (Mumbai – Western & Central Suburbs)
Compensation: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month (based on experience & current CTC)

Role Overview
As a Teacher Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, training, and mentoring early childhood educators who work within the Prodigy Pathway program. You will ensure that every educator is equipped to deliver high-quality, research-driven learning sessions inside learners’ homes.
This role blends training, observation, coaching, curriculum understanding, and quality control, contributing directly to the learning outcomes of young children.
This is not just a teaching role — it’s a chance to shape how India’s children learn and grow, while building trusted relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
· Conduct onboarding training for new educators (theory, demonstrations & practical understanding).
· Deliver ongoing upskilling workshops covering pedagogy, communication, parent engagement, and session quality.
· Support educators in mastering Prodigy Kits, curriculum flow, session structure, and safety standards.
Field Observation & Coaching
· Conduct periodic classroom/home-visit observations to assess educator performance.
· Give structured feedback and coaching to improve delivery, communication, and child engagement.
· Identify skill gaps and create action plans for individual educators.
Curriculum Alignment
· Train educators on correct curriculum implementation and activity sequencing.
· Provide feedback to the academic team based on ground-level observations.
Quality Monitoring
· Ensure educators adhere to hygiene, safety protocols, and professional etiquette.
· Track educator performance data, attendance, and parent satisfaction.
· Maintain quality benchmarks across all learning sessions.
Collaboration
· Work closely with Academic, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams.
· Participate in curriculum enhancement discussions based on training insights.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

Education
– B.Ed. / ECCEd / Montessori / PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education
– Additional certifications in teacher training or coaching preferred
Experience
– Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in early-years education
– Minimum 1 year experience in teacher training, academic coordination, or coaching (preferred)
Languages
– Fluent English + Hindi/Marathi
– Strong verbal clarity and presentation skills
Core Skills
– Strong command of early learning pedagogy
– Excellent communication & facilitation skills
– Ability to observe, evaluate, and mentor teachers
– High patience, empathy, and professional discipline
Mobility
– Comfortable travelling across Mumbai for educator observations and trainings
Compliance
– Willing to undergo police verification and submit valid ID/address proofs
Work Pattern & Training
● · Full-time role, based out of Mumbai
● · Conduct on-site training at the Head Office and in-field observations
● · 6-day work structure (one weekly off on Sunday)
● · Initial onboarding to understand Raising Superstars curriculum and delivery standards
