Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

Role Summary

A reputed Residential / Boarding School in Nainital, Uttarakhand is seeking a dedicated and energetic Table Tennis Coach to train and mentor students in the sport while promoting physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and competitive excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess strong coaching skills, experience in training school-level players, and the ability to prepare students for inter-school, district, state, and national-level competitions. Candidates with prior experience in residential or boarding schools will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular Table Tennis coaching sessions for students across different age groups.

• Develop structured training programs focusing on technique, footwork, agility, strategy, and match preparation.

• Identify talented students and provide specialized coaching for competitive events.

• Prepare students for inter-school, district, state, and national-level tournaments.

• Organize practice matches, coaching camps, and skill development sessions.

• Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.

• Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of sports equipment and facilities.

• Promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among students.

• Coordinate with school management regarding sports events, tournaments, and training requirements.

• Assist in organizing annual sports events and other co-curricular activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Sports Coaching, or any relevant qualification.

• Certification in Table Tennis Coaching will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of modern coaching techniques, game strategies, and fitness training.

• Excellent communication and student mentoring skills.

• Ability to motivate and develop young athletes.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of coaching experience in Table Tennis.

• Experience coaching students in schools, academies, or sports institutions.

• Prior experience in a Residential / Boarding School will be preferred.

• Proven track record of preparing students for competitive tournaments is desirable.
