ob Description:

• Conducting classes in ( Telugu, Hindi )as per the curriculum provided on Geriatric care.

• Good at using audio visual and activity-based training.

• Conduct the practical classes for procedures and cross check if the candidates can understand the same.

• Motivating health care workers for geriatric home care profession during the course.

• Orient the health care workers on personal and general hygiene and importance of the same.

• Explain to the candidates on the process to follow the customised patient care plan.

• Ensure that the home health care worker is well trained on the required skills prior to each placement.

• Conducting of remedial classes for the underperforming students.

• Prompt the health care workers to maintain a personal dairy to make a note of the duties they perform daily.

• Check the same to ensure that the process is being followed well.

• Be proactive in giving suggestions if any for improvement of the training program.

• Additional responsibilities assigned if any.

Educational Qualification: BSC Nursing/ GNM or ANM with training experience

• It is a Full Time శిక్షకుడు job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
