Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement: Design and implement comprehensive soft skill training programs tailored to organizational or individual needs.
Deliver Training: Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions on various soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, emotional intelligence).
Assess Needs: Collaborate with management and HR professionals to identify specific training gaps and customize programs accordingly.
Create Materials: Develop and manage training materials, including manuals, presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
Evaluate Performance: Monitor and assess trainee performance before, during, and after training, providing constructive feedback and tracking progress.
Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and adult learning principles.
Mentorship: Advise and mentor employees on their soft skills development, fostering a positive learning environment.
