Key Responsibilities:
Conduct soft skills and sales training sessions for Channel Partners.
Improve communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Train partners on customer engagement and relationship management.
Develop confidence in pitching real estate projects.
Conduct role plays, workshops, and performance improvement sessions.
Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback.
Requirements:
Experience in soft skills, sales, or corporate training.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in real estate/channel partner training will be an added advantage.
Ability to motivate and engage teams.
